SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are carefully packaged and shipped via USPS or UPS and will include tracking information for your convenience. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor its journey.

While we take great care in ensuring your package arrives safely, we understand that unforeseen shipping issues may arise. In the rare event that your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, we kindly ask that you file a claim directly with the shipping carrier (USPS or UPS). Be sure to provide all requested photos and documentation to assist in their resolution process.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Due to the custom nature of our products, returns are not accepted. Each item is made to order—many with personalized details—ensuring it is uniquely crafted just for you.

However, your satisfaction is our top priority! If there is ever an issue with your order, please don’t hesitate to reach out. We’re happy to work with you to find a solution and ensure you love your purchase.

CANCELLATIONS

We understand that plans can change! Cancellations are accepted within 3 hours of purchase. After this window, production begins, and we are unable to cancel or refund your order.

CUSTOMS & IMPORT TAXES

International buyers, please note that any applicable customs or import taxes are the buyer’s responsibility. We are not liable for shipping delays caused by customs processing.

 

CUSTOM DESIGN WORK

We love bringing unique ideas to life! If you're interested in a custom design, a $25 design deposit is required before any proofs are created. This deposit ensures time and dedication to your vision and will be applied toward your final order.
